Travel to the heart of the Peak District in Train Simulator Classic and explore the picturesque Hope Valley Line from Just Trains.

Completed in 1894, the Hope Valley Line links Manchester to Sheffield providing a scenic journey with breathtaking views of beautiful British countryside, a journey that is a must for any UK railfan. Enjoy rolling hills including Mam Tor peak, picturesque villages like Edale or Hathersage, as well as numerous railfan landmarks. Enter miles of historic tunnels like Totley or Disley, cross iconic viaducts including Goyt Cliff and Newtown, and tick off sightings of famous signal boxes aplenty as you drive along the line.

As well as the stunning scenery and landmarks, you will pass by 27 detailed stations on this challenging 55-mile route. The Hope Valley Line includes 15 scenarios where you can take control of British legends like the Class 37 and Class 47 as you run passenger and freight operations on the line. Additional locomotives featured with the route include the BR Class 101 DMU, a first generation diesel multiple unit, in BR Blue and the Class 158 ‘Express Sprinter’ DMU in BR Regional Railways liveries.
